At my house recently, we've had things get messed up such as our couch covers and snow-blower, but nothing can be more annoying than a washing machine getting messed up, which has happened a lot to our new washing machine. A washing machine may not seem as bad as your furnace or refrigerator breaking, but when you constantly need clean clothes (which I'm hoping most of us do), it's a big deal. Our new washing machine may be more technologically advanced than our previous washing machine we had, but it's broken down a lot for a variety of reasons, such as washing clothes with too much detergent, or washing clothes individually because of instructions.
That leads me to the big issue I have though, which isn't so much with washing machines since all things eventually break down; I just can't stand how some clothes need to be washed separately because of having like colors, or because they use warm water instead of cold. It's so stupid. It causes a chain effect of someone having to do more loads of laundry, which leads to raising the bill going up, and eventually the washing machine breaking. All of this because of laundry? It seems so harmless, but it explains why people hate doing it (besides that fact it takes so long). And don't even get me started on how some clothes shrink and others don't. That's a story for another day, but one thing for sure is, doing laundry as a whole sucks.
